We're confident that you'll love your new Bamboo Curve pillow, but just in case you don’t (not likely we know), we make returns as simple as possible.
Our return policy lasts 100 days. That means you have 100 days to try any Sidney Sleep product and if you don’t like it, you can return it for a full refund with no questions asked. Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll issue you a full refund within 5 - 14 days to the form of payment you made your purchase with. Do note that you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.
To clean the pillow, follow these steps:
1. Remove the insert and wash your outer cover only
2. Turn it inside out and wash in warm water with a mild detergent
3. Tumble dry with low heat or hang out to dry
4. Ensure the cover is completely dry before using it again
