We're confident that you'll love your new Bamboo Curve pillow, but just in case you don’t (not likely we know), we make returns as simple as possible.

If you decide that your Sidney Sleep product isn’t right for you within your 100 nights*, our return process is easy.

Our return policy lasts 100 days. That means you have 100 days to try any Sidney Sleep product and if you don’t like it, you can return it for a full refund with no questions asked. If 100 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused OR like-new (donatable) condition. You do not need the original packaging. We are unable to accept returns of stained, damaged, or incomplete pillows (missing parts or tags).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back without contacting customer support first. To initiate a refund email hello@sidneysleep.com.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 100 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow 5-14 days from our receipt date. Most are processed in 5-7 business days.
If you are approved, then your full refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your issuing credit card company or financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at hello@sidneysleep.com for instructions.

To return your product, please contact me first at hello@sidneysleep.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


We never sell returned products.



We reserve the right to cancel an order placed in error before it has shipped.

Cancelling your order may not be possible. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me as soon as possible at hello@sidneysleep.com for support. To provide our customers with the best possible experience, many orders ship within hours and cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.


Cancellations via email may be accepted, but do not consider your order cancelled until you have received verbal or written communication from Sidney Sleep confirming your cancellation.
