We didn’t have any issues getting used to these pillows. We didn’t add or take away any filling, yet they were firm with being soft! It makes to sense firm/ soft in the same sentence yet they are! How long this will last is a mystery but so far we both love them ,
I was sent the wrong color pillow case, but overall it's a nice pillow case. I ordered a gray and a navy, but got two navys. It's definitely cooler than the quilted one that comes with the pillow.For the price, I'll probably have someone make extras that fit a little snugger.

The cover is so well made with quality fabric that I use them as my regular pillow case. I purchased additional covers, not as replacements, but as additional pillow cases I use every night.
The fabric is soft and breathable, very well fabricated with smooth seams and a plush feel. The shape of the cover fits my pillows perfectly with no gaps or 'empty' space that bunches up like a standard pillowcase.
The zipper is sturdy, smooth and the zipper tab tucks into the end so it's covered and stays in place. The covers wash well, don't shrink, and have held up very well (no loose seams or any issues at all). The pillow and the cases have far exceeded my expectations, especially after trying 5 other pillows in the last year. Looking forward to many years of use and comfortable sleep. Thanks!
Super happy with this pillow. Excellent for side sleepers with the right amount of firmness. Finally found the right pillow.
I had ro remove a lot of foam to make it comfortable but I'm enjoying it now.
These pillows are so soft and your head just sinks in them but at the same time very supportive and comfortable.

I added foam, but too firm & high. I deleted foam & my head sunk between 2 sides of firm foam. The original pillow was the same.

It’s only been a couple of nights sleeping on this pillow and so far I’ve been sleeping much better and my neck pain is getting better.
Like many people I am on the never ending quest of finding the perfect pillow. And of course you get ads upon ads on your social media once you start looking. I I took a chance and ordered this pillow mainly because it wasn't a pricey pillow and it also had a return policy. I liked that it had extra filling if needed. I followed the directions and I did add some extra filler but found out that I did not need it at all! So I took out about four huge handfuls and then put it back in the dryer to fluff. Being in menopause, the pillow is very hot especially when you have a hot flash. I wish there was a cooling pillow in this shape. The outer quilted cover is nice but it's too hot in the summer. I wish that a cheaper pillow case was enclosed with this purchase. You can find the pillow cases to fit the shape on Amazon of course. I am sleeping pretty good with this pillow. I think I'll like it more in the winter. Overall it's an okay solution to side sleeping comfortably. If you don't add any extra filler, and after you put it in the dryer to fluff before you use it the first time, you may want to take some out because it may be too high. That was my experience anyways. I like it somewhat firm but I like some give to it. I'm finding that it's comfortable and I wake up rested.
