Its firm without being too firm. It does have softness. Ive slept well since using it.

Best pillow out there, IMO. I have tried all types and this one give me the best support and the best nights sleep.
I ordered because my neck has been hurting for a couple weeks. Neck is still hurting so not the miracle cure, but the pillow is comfortable. Ordered two and gave one to my daughter. She loves it.
I followed the boxes instructions to let pillow air out, plump up & wash cover. I think I finally found my pillow! Feels great.
For the last five years since I had cervical spine surgery, I’ve Tried more pillows than I can even keep count of and spent literally hundreds of dollars. I needed just the right kind of height, the soft yet firm enough and supportive enough at for my neck and shoulders to relax and I use a CPAP. My wife bought the travel pillow... we loved it and now every member of our family uses the curved pillow.
I have tried several pillows over the years. Cheap ones, expensive ones. They never seem to feel right. My husband happened to have a travel size curved Sydney pillow and suggested I try it. I loved how incredibly soft it was but I heeded a full size. I ordered the standard size and have been sleeping great ever since!

I am having trouble finding the right pill with my neck issues. This little travel pillow is feeling pretty good. Still getting used to it. Debating on getting the regular size as well.

We LOVE our piilows but they were starting to flatten so i started looking for replacement which i truly didnt want to do. We were so happy when we found that you sell filling separately. Our pillows are like brand new again!

I am really enjoying the travel pillows looking forward to using them when I travel.
After about a week, having needed to adjust the filling a couple times, I found my sweet spot. I am sleeping much better now, since I sleep either on my stomach or on my side, I generally always have my arm under my head in some fashion, the curve really helps with this. No longer having the pillow scrunched up from my shoulder pressing into it, or over it (which messes with my neck), is amazing. Personally, I am happy with my purchase, and I appreciate its affordability, even if a good night's sleep is priceless.
